After all the testing and measuring is through, after Alexander is nicely warmed, and after the doctor is through stitching Jennifer back up, I got to take Alexander over to meet Mom.
Exhausted as she was, she couldn't wait to hold him.
Just in case you noticed the blue fingernails on Mom, that's nail polish. When she painted them this morning, she wasn't expecting to be in the hospital this afternoon.
